First Post Of Feb. Or More Slackin' Less Yackin"

**"It is a sad day, when you argue with yourself ----and loose!"**

**"Fart when people hug you---it makes them feel strong!"**

**"I went to an open-air cafe today and it rained, it took me four hours to eat my soup!"**

**"It has been proven that woman with large butts live much longer than the men that point this out."** ----More deep quotes in ever blog post!   Minus the deep.

Good morning all!   Today seems to be the 7th of February -at least that's what my Aztec proof calender is telling me.  I have a whole post about last weeksend Super Bowl coming up-- but the game went very different from what I was thinking--as I am sure many of you can agree with!   I am still to in shock with the results--to make fun of it all effectively.  I am also super glad I did not have any cash on the game!   This leaves me with my old stand by-of lots of random rambling.   We did have a big BBQ that day---with way more food than guests.  But I seldom pass up a chance to grill food.   This also kept us from researching any churches yet another week.   Sadly joining the masses that were entertained and or stunned by this event.   Yesterday as I watched and read about 700,000 fans filling Seattle for the victory parade several thoughts crossed my mind.   Why can't all this love and passion and energy be put towards better causes---stopping war, fixing our country-just a little, outsting the "president."   Or even just a fraction of the energy.   Maybe we really are being slowly and efficiently distracted as people and as a country.  And maybe each of us should re-read the book 1984.   Next I could not help but ponder--why Seattle could not do all of this winning while we actually lived in the state, very near the large city.   I am not huge into the team--but a little bit of celebration goes a long way, and I am sure all of the sports bars across the state were great fun to be in.   Lastly my thought line turned to what must have been pure gridlock for most of the city.  Seattle is one of those city's were it is usually much faster to walk around---if you can stand the constant  rain-and not melt from it.   Now add in all of those people, each of which probably came in a car.  A car from another part of the state, because all of Seattle had to work.   Half of those people actually working, were probably running the 999 coffee stores -just around the Space Needle.

For a long while we lived in Bellingham, Washington--about two hours north of Seattle.  Not because it is a long way away, but because about 30 miles before Seattle city limits, you start hitting lots of traffic.   This is true almost any time of day that one would choose to leave Bellingham.  And as you got closer to the big city--it soon turned into what I like to call a parking lot on the interstate.   No cars are moving, and if you have an older --grumpy car, you can just watch the temperature gauge raise---on your cars dash and on everyone sitting in there cars.  Luckily it is usually cooler outside and or raining, so you do not have to suffer often in the heat, as you are not actually driving.  Right now we live about 45 minutes from Tucson, Arizona--and unless you have to venture downtown, the traffic always seems pretty light.  Annoying, but light.   At one point in our travels we lived about as close to Phoenix, Arizona.   And I could die happy if I never had to drive there again.  Beyond traffic never moving---I am still not sure why major cities even post speed limit signs--   it is always extremely hot.   And the other non moving drivers quickly become very annoyed.   Most of the drivers also have guns.   To add to the fun--every vehicle we have ever owned in the land of the sweating sun, also known as Arizona, had no air conditioner.   So while we have lots of time to look around at all of the other angry parkers---I say parkers, because non of us are actually driving.   We can notice how all of there windows are up, as they are angrily enjoying full on A/C and polishing there guns.   What do we do during this?    We crank the stereo and melt ice cubes in our hot drinks to see who's will melt the fastest!   Given a large enough ice chest--this can be hours of fun.   And given the traffic at any given time, you will have plenty of need for long projects or to start a new hobby.

And now enough of my complaning and on to some bragging and than jokes of some sort.
Enjoy!

Several mini-rants, jokes, and a deep thought -thrown in to throw you off!

Hello again!   One of these daze -you my fellow reader will learn and or sober up, and stop reading my random rambling! ;)  Today I write this just after waking the kiddos up for school.  So it is very early AND I am full of coffee!  So there will be lots of rambling to enjoy.  This has been a very great week so far!  So the grumbling will be kept to a minimum for a change.   I landed a few good jobs this week and have been busting through them.  One is a huge clean up job--were the property owners got a hold of us, sooo much stuff was left when the tenets moved out of state.  Much of it high end stuff, the draw back is we are getting paid in the good stuff.  It is all things I know will sell, but it's a matter on sitting on the items until they do sell.  And nicely/neatly storing the good and bad items at our home.   The cliff notes of all of this, if you live in the Benson, Arizona area--we have some amazing deals!   And I am beyond out of shape.  Good thing the kiddos are all in trouble at the moment, and have been recruited to help each day.   Halfway through the job, the home owners are impressed, and sending us to another item filled home next week.  So working for "free" has it's benefits.   Plus of course I love setting my own hours and such.

We also broke down and went to court to get an official restraining order issued on The Devil  AKA my mother in law.   We had been threatening for months, but kind of thought the whole thing would just blow over.   The Devil would not let things drop-and I do not believe ever will.   Please feel free to read past blog posts about all of this fun, and to learn why we call her The Devil.   Most of my friends that try to tell me how evil all mother in laws are, now just stare at me with open mouths and shiver a little, every time I tell them the next thing she has pulled.  Cliff notes, she really is evil, and will probably out live everyone reading this.   Anyways she is still free to push the limits with us, but many of her past actions will now lead her to jail time.  She is also free to protest in court--which would be beyond entertaining for soooo many reasons.  The largest being, that her random rambling is hate and booze fed, and it would quickly unravel her entire case.   But I really doubt she can find a lawyer that will accept food stamps and beer as payment.  She was served on Tuesday--and you don't know how bad I wish we could have been across the street when the sheriffs arrived.   I can say-that it is now Thursday and the huge crap storm we were expecting, is either going to by-pass us or is still greatly brewing.

And now a couple of mini-rants from this morning.  Two of these I have touched on in the past.  I hate to admit, after reading over them again, they are almost deep.  Almost is the key word.   If you have any thoughts on this rambling, or anything else that passes for reading in my blogs, please comment directly to this page, or go to MY Facebook page.  The link is just below.   I must warn you that I had much coffee before typing any of these.  And that I have years of experience of arguing from my 8 years of working at Wally World.  And unless I am arguing with my wife, I will keep going, even if I am beyond losing the battle.   I also like a good conversation, although I have had few lately.   I posted all of these on FB  and am waiting for the beyond deep replies.   So am hoping that you in reader land, will reply   because I know it will be a far betterer conversation.

**OK--I get the fact that Big Brother Government is pushing for one unified type of global currency--BUT how is that ever going to work? I ALWAYS get behind the people at the cash register that have no clue how to use there own debit/credit card. They than attempt to write a check that is exactly 47 cents short--and than dig out the change. There isn't much easier than a debit card-accept actual cash-but heck no one understands the express check out lanes either.--Just sayin' Maybe I just need more coffee! Any thoughts on this?**

        **One more local question /mini-rant
Is it just me or do way to many local residents not use there blinkers? Ever!
We moved here in June, so it's not just a snow bird factor.
Is most of Benson cars running out of blinker fluid?
I know much of the town knows were you are driving & at what time you go there, but us newbies have no clue and enjoy a good warning about your upcoming turns. I drive a ton in SV and Tucson and don't see this issue much-just other driving hazards. Please just think about using blinkers as you navigate beautiful Benson.**

And lastly someone was complaining about being tired of having religion crammed down there throat.   And than a local church leader responded--a lot.   Here were my thoughts...

**Going to church makes you as much a Christian as standing in your garage makes you a car. In our travels we have meet some amazingly evil regular church goers. Along with the amazing ones. Everyone needs a time to question there faith I fought for years with mine, until our family found an amazing church in Washington state. We have not ventured to church much since moving here. But we still practice and live our beliefs daily. And our daughter explores a new type of church every few weeks or so in the area. With the enormous amount of bad we have had towards our family in the last few months, mainly from our own family. We just had to get a restraining order on the kids own grandma, etc etc---without my faith--first I would not have the will power to not fully attack these people -these "family members" that leached off us and than ripped us off and worse. But I would not be able to step back, breathe and see that there are truly good people out there. And a ton of these such people live in the Benson are for sure!
But many religions and people do try to force there thoughts on others. Instead of letting there good deeds transform others. I don't want someones beliefs forced on me, any more than I enjoy the networks and media telling me how acceptable being gay is. To each there own, but I don't want such things bombarded on me daily.**

Random Rambling Or Venting? P.S. Don't Use U-Haul!

We blinked a few times, and it is now almost 10 30 at night, so I am going to keep this a short post.  The daze have been going amazingly fast the past few weeks.  Even more surprising because I am not working at the time, or doing much of anything many days.  I do find myself tired every afternoon.  I do not know if I should blame the intense heat each day, our un-comfy beds, or my general lack of sleep for this tried-ness.  I do find it very hard to stay in bed, when it is light outside.  Bright mornings was not an issue much while we lived in Washington, or even bright afternoons for that matter.   I find it necessary to say Washington state, every time I tell someone were we moved here from.  I guess I find it much better to be associated with the state than our nations capitol?
This post comes from the comfort of a local Motel 6.   We splurged tonight, after to many nights crammed in our travel trailer.  Motel 6 is a cheap way to enjoy comforts we have not had over the last few weeks.   Like cable, a bath tub, or even running water, and wi fi that works without walking across the RV park.  Amazingly the pool in this motel is actually open.  I have noticed in our travel--that the motel chain seems to remodel all of the rooms, and than close there pools.   The kiddos and I took a nice swim a few hours ago, and I hope to return before check out tomorrow, after lots of coffee of course.  We have just learned that it will be yet another day before we can move into our new house rental.   Still soon, but yet another day in the tight trailer.   Made even harder, after our night away from it all.   We have quickly learned that the trailer will make a great exploring/adventure hub--but is a stretch for sanity and comfort when on a trip over a few days long.
It seems we are waiting on everything at the moment.  Hurry up and wait!   I know that patience is a virtue, but dam it's hard to wait for such things.   Like a job, a real home, and chicken wings.  I have been talking about DURPS this week, and have been adding more to the list each day.  Of course I will be talking about all of this in depth soon.   Today I have to add U-Haul to the ever growing list.  If you do not know what a DURP is, please spend some time to roam through my older posts.  One just a few days back talks about several extra annoying DURPS.  One couple from Washington state, I will not mention names---but they are quickly becoming the Queen and Queen DURPS   to bad one of these is the husband in the relationship.  I know that they would love to read about themselves in my blogs so much, because in there heads, they are the most important beings in the World.   Luckily even if someone reads these words to them, I say that last line, because the couple does not know how to read I am sure, this is why I love my blogs so much.  I can type what I want, when I want.  So until freedom of speech is also revoked, Faaaaa on y'all!!
In short, do not use U-Haul.     No matter what your moving or relocating needs, find another company.  We have had ---are still having so many issues with the company, that when we get into our new home, and pull our stuff out of the U Haul storage units, we are not going to use one of there crappy trucks to get our stuff.   The company has stunk all through our process, and calling customer service, usually seems to make things worse.   The manager I spoke to today, started to speak slower to me, like speaking slower would make me less of a moron and I would understand his wrong statements betterer.  Ill say it again, and will in much more detail, I am sure, do not use U-Haul.   I would rather pack all of my sh*t on my back and make 88 trips, than use the company again.
In the morning I will return with an exploring blog post.   This one about my trip last month to Billings, Montana.  Filled with exploring, my deep thoughts, and as always, my personal pictures.
                      For now  Good Night

Good Times

http://youtu.be/PSROm-vgVRk

Hello!    Above is were I attempted to post Alan Jackson's "Good Times" music video.  Because with all of the fun over the last few weeks--*cliff notes- it hasn't been fun, I still am in a good mood and happy.  And although I do not wish to line dance, this song puts me in a gooder mood.  Dancing is never a part of my fun, or activities.  When I do dance people call the paramedics, thinking I am having a seizure ;)

Part of the non fun, is the amount of people that have been in our home lately.   Our small home.  Including lots of visits from the mother-in-law.   I realize she is buying our new home with us, but it is a much bigger space.  At least that is what I keep telling myself.  I do not really like people, this is why I work in customer service!  All of that said, I find the house empty today---  and it is way to quiet.     So to make up for that --I am blasting You-Tube as I guzzle coffee and type this blog post.

Although I am greatly enjoying the quiet--even though it is just a little spooky, I am spying sunshine outside, so will probably keep this post short to enjoy some sunshine on a rare day off work.   I worked a double at work on Monday, and it was extra hard because the sun was out in full force that day.   What made it worse, was that they opened the back doors our of the kitchen, so that we could stare at the sun, and dream.   Around 4 PM I managed to sneak outside during my extended break.  Just in time for a storm to roll through the area.  It was not raining yet, but the sky was black and the clouds looked mean.

And now for a few deep quotes--- minus the deep!

**"We have a tooth fairy, Santa clause, & Easter bunny all of which leave stuff for you to wake up to, but we are missing the most important one, A COFFEE FAIRY"**

**"If driving drunk is illegal, why do bars have parking lots?"**

**"I used to play sports. Than I realized you can buy trophies. Now I'm great at everything!"**

Only a few today---but check out my past rambling blog posts for some random rambling and many more great quotes!

I will  probably be flying home for a few days this summer.   After we move to Arizona.   Sadly the cheapest option takes me from Phoenix to Seattle to The Middle of No-Where.   To get in the right mind set for being so high up in the air.....

RULES OF THE AIRWAYS
1. Takeoff's are optional. Landings are mandatory.
2. Flying is not dangerous; crashing is dangerous.
3. Speed is life, altitude is life insurance. No one has ever collided with the sky.
4. The only time you have too much fuel is when you're on fire.
... 5. Flying is the second greatest thrill known to man. Landing is the first!
6. Everyone knows a 'good' landing is one ...from which you can walk away. But a 'great landing is one after which you can use the airplane again.
7. The probability of survival is equal to the angle of arrival.
8. Was that a landing or were we shot down?
9. Learn from the mistakes of others. You won't live long enough to make all of them yourself.
10. Trust your captain.... but keep your seat belt securely fastened.
11. Be nice to your first officer, he may be your captain at your next airline.
12. Any attempt to stretch fuel is guaranteed to increase headwind.
13. A pilot is a confused soul who talks about women when he's flying, and about flying when he's with a woman.
14. Try to keep the number of your landings equal to the number of your takeoffs.
15. There are old pilots, and there are bold pilots, but there are no old, bold, pilots!
16. Gravity never loses! The best you can hope for is a draw! Gravity SUCKS!!

Ouch!
It it all fun and games until someone loses a belly button!

This KFC needs better cages!    Mmmmm KFC

As always ----thanks for reading!!   My next exploring post is all about roaming some great back roads in Whatcom County.   With lots of pictures I took of course.   Check out these posts at   http://exploreb-ham.blogspot.com/

And I am slowly attempting to post my best exploring pictures on my FB page for everyone to enjoy and or make fun of!

Speaking of Good Times---   we are just over a month away from moving cross country.
And of course all of my pictures from the trip will turn into blog posts.  Your welcome!    Also
4-20 is just around the corner.  If you do not know what this means--- you do not live in the Great North West.   But just recall.....

Last thought for today---

I just read about this tech spoon --soon to hit the shopping isles, that monitors how much you eat.   It starts to vibrate when you are eating to fast.   And can calculate calorie intake.  It will retail for about $99.   I have so many issues on this, I do not even know were to start. In short-- exercise is not the repeated hand to mouth movement as you shovel food into your mouth.  I enjoy food for sure, and my belly shows this, but WTF.   My concept is much betterer.....

Were you wear a metal collar around your neck---the more your hand goes to your mouth, the tighter the collar gets.  To many such movements, and the collar becomes very tight.  Telling you it is time to stop eating.    With the current trend of dumbing down products----this is sure to be a best seller!

Thanks For The Flowers and Gifts Now Git!

**"When you are in love with, what seizes your imagination, will affect everything. It will decide what gets you out of bed in the mornings, what you do with your evenings, how you spend your weekends, what you read, who you know, what breaks your heart, and what amazes you. Fall in love, stay in love, and it will decide everything."** -Pedro Arrupe

**"Build a bridge and get over it!"**---Shrimp Boy at 5 years old

First I must say that I am not having a very good week.  I have definitely had worse weeks, and even years.   Years because the "fun" seemed to go on for well over a year.  Bad times happen, build a bridge and get over it.  I believe the worse part of it all, was the numerous people that offered help in the form of telling me, from the bottom things can only go up!  Really?  Ever played the old school game Dig Dug?  That creature dug himself deeper in his hole by the minute.   I am job hunting once again, moving, etc etc.   On a peaceful wandering walk that was cut short the other day, a huge dog got away from it's owner and about ate me.   I am still not sure if it's because I smelled like food or cats.  But guess both is food to a dog.   Today things were going well, between dodging hail balls.   I am getting closer to a paycheck and have an interview at an awesome restaurant this afternoon.  With some time to kill, I stopped at a coffee shop to relax and write this.   While there I noticed that the button on my pants was missing!   Should make the later job interview interesting if I must walk very far with the manager.   I guess I will be making sure they lead the way, to the interview table, to avoid any wardrobe malfunctions.
I am in a city and state that I love.   This is the third time I have moved to this awesome town.  But I also feel that some force does not want me here.   It's not little vibes, it's a huge draining force that soon seems to make my personal blue skies turn beyond grey and dark black.  Last time it was so draining that I left the state with my tail between my legs, long story short.  This time here I came with great expectations and dreams.  And even came prepared money wise and other wise.  Unfortunately I burned a lot of bridges to get to this dream.   And with my carpentry skills, it is far easier to pull out the matches than the hammer and nails.  It took awhile, but things are very quickly going to poo in most aspects of my life.  I still love the area and the people I moved here for, but what does one do when that love is lost from all in return?
What if you found that love in a person, place or both --followed, dreamed, helped, and strived for that love for years and than blam! fully woke up out of your dreams to find it was a one way street you were barreling down?   I blame the total wake up on the real coffee of Washington state!
I am really askin' any readers at this point.   My relation knowledge is lack in most concepts of the word.   Finding roommates, drinking buddies, friends, and relationship at Wally World during my eight year career?  might be part of that factor.  Or all of it.
I first thought that these blogs would do a few things.   Help me get back in the mind set of writing daily again.   Be amusing.  Help me later on turn the better rambling into a book and maybe stand up comedy routine for some distant open mike night in my life.  I also thought that it was going to be an open window for those readers whose cable went out, into the chapter four of my  life.   Were I fully transformed from a single Prick to a guy with an old lady Prick.   Now I believe chapter four has a mind of it's own with mysterious I can't wait to discover.  And I hope that many of you readers are along for the ride.  It will help me not feel so dam alone.
As always please take advantage of my comments section.  And if you like anything you see in my pages, become a follower!   I promise tomorrows entry will be far less "deep" and more funny!
