Well hello strangers!    OK I have been the one away for a long while.   I have not made a post in way to long.  But things have been beyond crazy around these parts.   And in all fairness none of you could be stranger than me---no matter how much you try!   This will proably be a quick post---to catch up.   I have a lot of things to share, but that will take time for sure.    Plus I am mainly sitting here wishing it was not already so hot out, waiting for phone calls and e mails that might just make life a good deal less crazy.
Speaking of crazy, our oldest graduates high school  this Friday!    Of course we will have lots of pictures.   I have taking time to Explore and get pictures quite a bit     it helps keep me from going fully crazy.

Old post from work----but still amuses me....
So awhile back I actually had a customer ask me the difference between our fish platter and our shrimp platter. I had to do a triple take to see if they were joking. They were full serious so I attempted to be gentle. Ummm one has fish and chips and the other has shrimp and chips..... all the while I was thinking , and if our fish and shrimp have sex THATS how our onion rings are born!!
