6-22-2018

I would like to extend a hearty welcome to everyone this fine night!  I often wonder whom reads this page except for myself.   Because I am stuck on myself.  I know my mother reads the page.   She is my biggest fan.  Right after myself of course.   I know my wife used to read the page when we were fighting and separated to try and gain knowledge.  Whatever the case or reason  A LOT of you read this blog page.  And I thank you!  I full heartily thank you!  From the top and bottom of my heart I thank you.  My readership is always growing and I have blocked the page from registering in my views when I venture through old posts here.  Because as I have said many a time---this is like a journal for me.  Although I try not to get to sappy or to deep into the details of my relationship--this page and we have seen a lot of changes for sure.  Plus I enjoy things about myself.  Another reason I am on Facebook way to much.  And have found the page really is like a drug---or at least feel it is.   I try to stay away from the page, from anything online or phone like, and disconnect ---for a hike for a week, for a full day.   Especially when relationship woes take over---and it's hard.   Much harder than it should be.  Unlike our kiddos, I did grow up in a time before the Internet and smart phones took over.   And way more daze than I would like to recall I find myself clinging on to my phone all day---even while on a hike- to receive one message.   And it is never some life altering message from my Doctor, saying that they found an instant cure for my ulcer or for my deep love to the wrong people.   Or from that dream job -where I travel, and write my blogs, and travel, and drink coffee, and travel and get paid for it all.   My one text allotment per day is usually a mind altering "OK" from my wife and or kiddos in response to the five part book of a message, full of questions I have been sending out.  Been sending out all day because I am deep in a hike -and the reception is beyond spotty on me phone.   You all know what I am talking about here.   Everyone you know littarly has there phone clutched tight to them alllllll the time.   And to me the longer it takes to reply --even with a simple text, although "OK" is almost always to simple.   The longer it takes to reply directly reflects how you rank to that person in my eyes.  But as always what do I know?

For those of you that have not gotten the memo

I made this badge and tend to earn it when I can.

True story!

Even truer story

Now matter how many times I try this
Alas I never see the cash!

And now your moment of Zen....

I truly do hope that you enjoy this page and all of my blog pages.
And that you laugh and share what you find here.
I know that a lot of what I find I share   given permission or not.
Another reason I could never actually publish my pages or thoughts from here.   Well maybe my thoughts, because they are well, mine.
For the most part no one else would want most of them.  ;)
My mind seems to flourish near the gutter.
But although I do agree with what I post here---picture wise and such, Most of the jokes are not my own.
Maybe I will hit it big publishing my Exploring blogs because that page is 99 percent me.
Always!
From the pictures to the thoughts to the Exploring.

The more I read about the DR and from the DR   the more impressed I am.

Good times!
But do y'all recall Myspace?  lol

It's hands free officer!

Can you hear me now?

Feel free to use this!

Although I am very happy that for the most part I can say what I wish on this page.   Although I wish more people would contact me about what they feel  after reading my dribble.
That really would be great.
But the way I see it   you have to physically click on this blog page to view what is here, and many of you do,    so if it offends you--comment     leave  don;t click on it again,    comment    tell me what bugs you, so I can post similar things until you leave...
Or comment

6/20/2018 Back To Funny!?

Hello everyone this fine morning!   Last weeksend we got a teaser of the rains from the monsoon season.  The area actually got some really good and cooling rain.   And I got a chance to Explore in it around Tucson and get pictures two daze in a row!   The rainy season really is my favorite by far here in the desert.  Kind of surprising after living in Oregon and Washington for so many years.   But it's different here   it is a cooling and very welcome rain.  Even the cloudy skies is welcome.  If nothing else because it is different from the all out sunshine we see 320 days a year or whatever it is.  But on another note the rains have went away for the moment---and although it is not even close to noon yet here, it is very hot.  By Friday it is supposed to be 109 once again.   Woooo!

Where are you Exploring today??

I even posted in my Exploring Amazing Arizona blog page last night!   Something I have not had the time to do in a long while.  Please check out the picture filled blog page----you know you want to---

Oasis in the middle of Tucson.
Yes there is water here---and I get it on film every time I come across it!
Next Exploring blog post will have more about this very picture.
Although I have an older post from this park for you to roam through.

It is rare   but every picture so far   is from Tucson.
Including the one just below.
Past or present Exploring.
First picture is very recent----in between glorious rain down pours.
I could Explore with my coffee---and saw no one out.

**"People that complain about how ugly they are in every selfie they take,
          Should stop taking them!"**

**"I saw a bumper sticker saying---I am a vet, therefore I can drive like an animal. Suddenly
I realized how many gynecologists are on the road!"**

True Story!

Another juggler gives up on his dreams....

California ---A place that is litarly falling apart--- they are about to vote on turning the state into three states.    Anyways they already have a third sex option on there new drivers licences.

Over the weeksend was also father's day.
And this is kind of how it is really.
I've talked before about how pointless the day is  when you compare it to how much is
pushed for mother's day.
And now all of these fully PC people are trying to get rid of father's day altogether because it is unfair to single mom family's and lesbians.

This is my amazing dad.

See y'all in the funny papers!

Tucson Exploring On Rare Cloudy Day

https://exarizonagobensonbobcats.blogspot.com

Hello all readers and Explorers!   I have greatly been slacking on this page.  I have not really had time for anything I enjoy over the last few months.   But just last week I managed to get two good bits of Exploring in around Tucson  on two separate days.  I realize I have many posts to catch up on this sight.   Including the fact that I am still missing the last post in the series of my trip back home to Wyoming---and that was last October.    And I apologize.   I can say that this very page does have over 100 picture filled entries to keep you roaming while you wait for me to stop slacking!    Many posts are way past due, good thing I do not have any type of boss to account for here.  ;)   But this post is local ---roaming around Tucson and it is very recent.  Last Saturday I do believe.
The monsoon season officially kicked off here in the desert last Friday.  And it really is the only season I enjoy here.  We also got some good storms across the area.  But alas have to wait for some more cooling rain.  It is supposed to be 109 in Tucson again by this Friday.   I was happy to be roaming around in the middle of the day---because of the cloud cover and or rains.  And enjoyed getting some cloudy pictures for a change.  Most here are straight on sunshine.  Tucson is very Enjoyable to Explore because you can basically take off walking in any neighborhood and come home with loads of pictures.  I manage to find new things on almost every trip.   Many times I have to re find them when I actually have a camera with me or the time to snap some shots.   On this day our car dealership was doing a safety recall fix on the vehicle.  So in all actuality this day could have been Friday.   Anyways, I was not aware that the service was to take two and a half hours.  But was kind of happy to have the time to roam around.  And roam around I did.   Starting on 22nd street.

Old convenience store where I first started walking.

To the rear of the above building.
Looks to still be a business and home.

I soon came along a large campus for a school.
Entirely fenced in.
At first I thought it was abandoned but after walking around more think the school is still in use.
I have pictures of the similar, but older walkway that used to go over the main drag in Tombstone.   Shame they took it down.

Nice path of sorts.

Along the still dry runoff.
In blog posts past I call this inner urban Exploring.
And have done such in several bigger towns.
Where you just kind of park some where in the middle of town and take off walking with no real goal.
This of course is much safer in some areas than others.

The sky's were cloudy and I was just feeling off in general  so this spray paint near the school
said it all for me.

A good ways off 22nd Street now.
But I noticed the large deck chair with the weed plant on it and doubled back closer to this dispensary.

Fish sculptures above another run off.

I try to keep this page all pictures of my own.
But this one is perfect for this Exploring page.
I often run into people that don't even check out the other side of Tucson.
And have never been to places in there own state  near or far like The Grand Canyon.
This always amazes me.

Than I came across this whole play ground.
With great photo opps.
Especially because the connected part was kind of shutting down for the night and I had free reign to roam around.
Above is part of a fun land with miniature golf and arcade games.
Years and years ago my wife and I stopped here when we had no kids with us
and spent hours although I have no idea why we stopped.

This place had it all    with games, stunt shows, eateries, even a train that went around the complex.
But as I said everything was shutting down, so I was pretty much left alone as I Explored this part for the first time.

My shipments coming in!

This is supposed to be a height marker,
you must be this tall to ride this ride...
but it looks to me like the elephant is taking a number 2.

This is a large area and I only took pictures of a small selection of the sights.

Not sure if just a train tunnel or where the small train is stored at night.
But a neat picture.
It almost looks like something horrid lives in that caged of cave.

Just down the road a little more.
I believe the first closed Target store I have ever seen.
Although strangely enough they are almost done building a brand new one just behind this.

This sign says "Happy Trails!"
And that is what I wish for y'all!!
