Day 18 Of Halloween!

October and really this whole season are great in my eyes for SO many reasons.  Fall colors, something I have not really got to see much of yet.  Cooler weather---even in the desert-although we are still waiting for that to kick in here in greater Tucson.  It was super hot outside yesterday --and supposed to reach 90 today by lunch time.  With the cooler weather drinking coffee is more social recognizable too.   We get to dress up and scare people---I have been practicing this for awhile now, by wearing my mask for about three months straight already.  ;)  The kiddos git lots of candy, and so do the adults---payment for driving them all around town.  And on the first of November all the holiday candy goes on sale---just in case your kids won't share or you need betterer bargaining odds.  We soon get our free turkey from work, last year we got a 25 pound Butterball turkey!   I get my holiday bonus from work soon, and Santa is about to deliver all that coal to me soon!   Last but not least -Halloween is my wife and my's un official 11 year anniversary.    Extra bonus this month, I am graduating from my management certification classes and the celebration catered banquet open bar turned date night is this Wednesday night.     Wahooo!   That last sentence was a mouth full for sure.
**"My wife and I were happy for 20 years, and than we met!"**
**"How come know it all's don't know how annoying they are?"**---I will ask myself and get back to you on that one.....

I thought about joining the neighborhood watch...
But my neighbors really arnt pretty enough to watch-----I live in apartments in the ghetto, so often compare people watching here, from my couch -looking out my front door to watching Sims the game.  Little bits and pieces of peoples lives, really not wishing to know more about any of them.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         **"The hacker was so disappointed in my bank account         ...He started a Go Fund Me page!"** ----True story!
**"I love my pillow, because it gives me different hair styles each and every morning!"**
**So just before work I was running some errands, and this young punk--like early 20's kid comes up to me in the Safeway parking lot asking for $ so that he and his girl friend could eat today. I was in my work outfit, and promptly told him that the casino was hiring for at least 40 positions right now---in fact I was heading there now, and would give him a ride up there, now to check out jobs! He promptly started cussing me out. Gotta love Tucson!---I find this more amusing than do most of the people I tell it too.  But just needed to share.  Cause sharing is caring.  YES  I have had times when I could not find a job---but I never just wanted a hand out.  And I NEVER had a time when I was not employed or able to support myself in my 20's.   Just sayin'
http://exarizonagobensonbobcats.blogspot.com/                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  I have been slacking on all of my blog pages--and am sorry for that.  But you the readers have not been slacking for sure!   All of my pages maintain a great reader ship with lots of views and comments.   And I thank you for that.   My newest Exploring page really enjoys the views.   I hope to update it a lot in the next few months and help the readership grow greatly on that sight also.   Please check out the above page and share the links if you enjoy!   Many more quotes and such also coming to this page for your enjoyment?   I also have a lot of new pictures and such for both pages----but do not have the energy right now to download them.
I try to stay out of politics talk at work and on my pages, but after noticing some key topics on our local ballot and reading the brain dead thoughts of a local Benson reader I had to share my thoughts    for what it's worth.

With the election and voting on all kinds of issues right around the corner I must put in my two cents here. First I don't care whom you vote for---everyone is welcome to your thoughts My thoughts and brain tell me that Hillary IS THE Antichrist but what do I know. As far as raising min wage in ANY state: OR and WA have the highest min wages in the lower 50 states in turn everything else is super expensive. The place in Benson AZ we used to pay 600 a month rent on... would have been 1200 in Washington. Raise wages and EVERYTHING else goes up. Small business cant afford to keep as many workers educate yourself and earn a real wage Just look at self check lanes--tablets at restaurant tables etc---VERY few jobs can't be replaced by machines if to many people think there dead end MC jobs are really worth $15 + an hour. Servers rely on tips---and usually way low wages, but if you know what your doing, you go home with bank. If min wage is raised so are the prices of food and people mainly will tip less. As far as weed---- years back Washington made all weed "legal" at the state level. But the federal government can still jump in and bust you or your supply store at any time. Also if you have any real job at all, and are caught doing legal recreational weed ---you will no longer have a job. On the same note in Seattle pot can be bought in vending machines across the city. When you walked around the casino I used to work at up there instead of smelling cigars, you smelled weed through the casino. I lived in Oregon for years, were pot is the state plant so I am not saying I am for or against use but in all matters think about all issues of the thing you are voting on. Not just the fact that it would be kool to smoke it up, and Circle K and munchies is very close to were you live
Last story for today---in the ongoing heck of renting these apartments.  My lease ends next month---and I am not renewing my lease.  I would rather get two refrigerator boxes on a street corner and call it a double wide.  Or put a box on a random shopping cart, and call it an RV  ;)   I also know that these apartments are going to attempt to charge me an amazingly high price on move out.  I mean my move in was only $150 total, and they are slum land lords it seems.   Anyways, my rent is due on the 3rd   I dropped a check on the 4th for the full rent amount.   Two daze later I got a notice -stating they would not take checks for late payments, although they have in the past -and that I owed a late fee.   They also would not return my check.   On the 8th---my wife, who is not on the lease, and the apartment managers have never meet---was waiting on my front porch for me to get  off of work.  The managers gave her a notice saying I owed late fee's and they were about to start the eviction process on me.   As I stated above --the managers have never meet my wife, and do not know her from a crack ho  waiting out front to break into my apartment.  PLUS she is not on my lease!   Two daze later I got a cashiers check from my bank for the full rent amount plus ONE day late fee----because once they took the personal check  and did not return it, my rent was not late anymore.   Yesterday I had several notices on my door saying I still owed late fees from the 4th on and that they were about to start the eviction process.  After much yelling   I did get my personal check back--yesterday, but it was already stamped to be put in the apartments bank account.   Strange since they would not accept the check as far as they told me.   Since I am moving next month anyway---I am not sure what evicitng me will do, because that court process will take longer than I will be residing here.     Of course I will keep posting about all this fun and how great these apartments are for months to come.
